Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Amaryllis BEAUTY. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 


Shipping Time

  • Processing time for order takes 3-5 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping time takes between 4 to 7 business days.
  • All orders are 48 Hour tracked
  • International order may take anywhere from 8-12 days. 

*ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSIT!*


Cancellations Policy

Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the sale is final


Returns

Due to the nature of our product, returns are NOT allowed.



Refund Policy

  • If your order is incorrect then you are entitled to a full refund or may choose to have the correct order be reshipped to you. 
  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been received and used.
  • We also do not give refunds for products that may have been sent to a wrong address that may have been provided by the customer during transactions. Please ensure the right address is provided. 

Damaged/Lost/Stolen

  • If your package contains damaged products on arrival, please send an email the first 24 hours of receiving the package, attaching a photo of the damaged product to Hello@amaryllis-beauty.com with a detailed explanation as to what is damaged in your order.

  • All of our packages are tracked, and tracking information is sent out once the package is shipped out. We are not responsible for any package that gets lost once it leaves our warehouse.  Please contact the shipping company with your tracking information to locate any lost packages. 
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGE THAT IS STOLEN ONCE IS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED.
